- SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
- VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur-pruned cordon
- PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
- PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 6 tons
- HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the second week of September
- VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
- AGING: 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in the bottle
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% vol.
TASTING NOTES
- SIGHT: Deep ruby-red colour with garnet sparkles
- NOSE: Enchanting aroma of ripe plum and cherry, accompanied by echoes of thyme, tobacco and liquorice
- PALATE: Gushing with flavour on the palate with great length. Sustained by well structured tannins. Rich, long and satisfying finish
